Funky knitted bag decorated with handmade braids and a handmade beaded button. Carole's own design.

 

King Cockroach purse made from scraps at a dayschool with Sylvia Critcher.
This piece called "Secret Ocean Garden" won best in Show and Best in Craft Section at Eynsford in 2010. It took Carole six months to complete and is what some call encrusted work. Made to her own design.

Yellow poppies made into a book cover from a pattern given to Carole by Iris using long and short stitch technique.

White knitted cotton scarf with beaded fringe at both ends and beads sewn along both lengths. Inspired by a class with Sue doing knitted beaded purse.

Christmas Tree card using pin wheel embroidery. sequins and a felt pot with beads.

Carole's earliest piece of embroidery. An apron which she embroidered at home being taught by her mother when she was aged 10.
