Our project for 2011, which was started in July features ships and boats. Fifteen pieces of white embroidery fabric were prepared by simply outlining a different ship on each and mounting in a frame. Fifteen members each chose one and, armed only with a photograph or drawing, took it away to embroider and embellish.

The completed wall hanging was displayed at our meeting in November 2011.
