Exhibition in Meopham Library, October 2010

Twenty-four members submitted items for this, our first exhibition. There were nineteen items to fill the walls, including quilts, pictures and bags, and no fewer than sixty-six items in the display cabinet. It's a pity the display cabinet isn't bigger so that everything could be clearly displayed but as it is it forms an exciting and eye catching mixture of so many different techniques, including paper crafts, embroidery of all types, beadwork, three dimensional fabric items, pottery, etc. In fact just about every decorative technique is there in some form or other.

Meopham Library is a first class place to exhibit, being as it is at the heart of the hub of Meopham Community, and we believe that our exhibition will attract many visitors to the facility. We hope that they will leave some nice comments in our Visitors' Book!
